Dr. Fuller serves as the lead consultant on issues related to higher education assessment, leadership, accreditation, accountability, legal issues, and finance. He also coordinates Fuller Educational Consulting's Writing Workshops and is a Pomodoro Master. He holds a doctorate from Illinois State University, a Masters in Student Affairs Adminsitration in Higher Educaiton from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelors in Biology from Texas A&M University. Dr. Fuller is the creator and Principal Investigator for the Survey of Assessment Culture. Dr. Fuller has authored many published works on assessment, accreditation, and accountability.
Dr. Fuller has been selected as a Fellow with the Association for Institutional Research/ National Center for Education Statistics National Data Institute. He was selected Association for Institutional Research's Duckwall Fellowship in 2009. In 2014, Texas A&M University named him the Student Affairs Administrator of the Year. In 2015 he was selected to serve as a Fellow with the Institute of Higher Educaiton Law and Governance Roundtable.
Fuller Educational Consulting was founded in 2005 as a comprehensive consulting agency for higher education Institutions looking to get back to basics about assessment, accreditation, quality enhancement, and institutional effectiveness. Since that time, Fuller Educational Consulting’s mission and scope have grown to include a number of additional topics and capacities, while still retaining a focus on offering high-quality assessment-related consultation.
